Fees and Payment Information
Usually charges for professional services are due at the time dental treatment is provided.
We make every effort to keep down the cost of your dental care. You can help by paying for treatment at the time of your visit. You will find that our fees are in keeping with the quality of our service. We will make every effort to provide you with a treatment plan that will fit your timetable, your budget, and give you the best possible dental care.
Payment Options
We accept cash and personal checks for your convenience, as well as MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards. Please speak with our accounts representatives about other payment options available to you.
Dental Insurance
We accept most dental insurance benefits, available through traditional or preferred provider dental insurance plans. However, we do not participate in any HMO or DMO plans. We encourage you to question your employer and your insurance company thoroughly to be sure about what your insurance benefits include and the percentages your policy pays for the treatment and services indicated for individuals covered under your policy.
You should also know that, while your policy plan may pay the sponsor's "usual","customary"or "reasonable" fee limit for the services provided, the fee limits may not reflect "usual","customary" or "reaonable" fees charged by the dentists in your area.
Dental insurance is intended to help you pay for the dental care you need. It covers some, but not all of the cost of your dental treatment. Most plans include a deductible, a co- insurance payment, and other expenses which must be paid by the patient at the time of service.
If you have dental insurance, please bring your card and your plan information along with a signed claim form to your first visit with our office.
At the end of each visit we will process a claim form and promptly mail it to your carrier for payment. We will ask that you pay all anticipated additional expenses, such as deductibles and co-payments, at that time.
We will work with you to assure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled. However, any fees not paid by your insurance carrier within 90 days will become your responsibility to pay at that time.
