Office Hours
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 4 pm. However, we do offer appointments late afternoon on Monday from 4 pm until 7 pm.

If you mail your patient information to us, you will receive a telephone call which will welcome you as a patient and acknowledge receipt of your information. The caller will advise you as to whether additional information is required to complete your patient registration and schedule or confirm your appointment.
Appointments
We see all patients on an appointment basis. This time is reserved just for you We make every effort to see patients at their appointed time and trust that you will afford us the same consideration. It is our office policy to call to confirm appointments 2 days ahead. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment so that we may give the time to another patient.
Please call(904) 471-9910 to schedule an appointment. We treat patients Monday through Friday from 8 am until 4 pm. Limited evening hour appointments are available.
Recall Visits
We believe in the benefits of regular preventative care and therefore encourage all of our patients to return for periodic recall appointments At these appointments your teeth will be professionally cleaned and you will receive dental examinations. We will send you a written reminder to tell you when it is time to return. We may also call you when you are due or schedule you in advance.
